Simply put, Instinet. As soon as I see anything good comes out on the Bloomberg, Dow Jones or Reuters, I pull up the chart and look for bidders. If there is size, and I like the news and the chart, I take out the offer (if it is not too far above the volume sitting on the bid.

The spreads are often wide in after hours, so don't bet on iffy news... and if you get in, be prepared to ride larger losses on the trade.
