Moneylover, IMHO they are being diplomatic now in order to get their 10 million in securities returned.I I have read the posts, press releases, and news articles. I see no evidence that there ever was a $10m investment in any form. I did indeed see references to "an agreement in principal", but nothing indicating that this transaction, let alone the $100m, took place. Can you point me to something that indicates that it did? I found myself amused that Mr. Bradford, after claiming deep convictions about porn sites in one of the press releases, subsequently was hustling to removing them from their web site.
