KenW:

All due respect (and I have a lot of respect for you) I think its a perception question. Will the public look at it as an additional 11 million shares diluting their investment, or will they look at it as an IPO. The luster from those three letters alone will make some want to buy shares in hopes of a sky rocket.

The financials are "late". But, if the numbers show increasing revenue and profit, the public will buy the stock for the future value (and the IPO will be seen as an added value).

PC Quote is still capable of creating some strong alliances.

Don't think this party is over yet. Be careful on your shorts my friend (I know you always are!). I believe the price will continue to rise into the release of the financials. From there I would expect another sell off when the financials are published. Long term, I think PC Quote is going to be much stronger than the average AMEX issue.

Just my opinion of course. No foul intended.
