Mike,

To answer your earlier question, right now I am using both ROC and Stochastics to find the trades (along with the usual set of charts patterns), and then movement on volume to decide whether or not to enter. I am no longer using the 5/15 MA since this requires constant monitoring, and often results in false signals. Exits are easy: trail an 8% stop loss up/down (move EOD or intraday) until stopped out of the trade.
