You may be getting your answer pretty soon, of course I hope we never get there again. I was never around when we were this low last year. Maybe TSIG felt bad that I was averaged in at such a high price and would like to give me the opportunity to average down, no thanks TSIG, I am happy with the # of shares I have..just start going up before I get really irritated and begin throwing things. freak!!
