Gary It's starting to happen at the state level. The old RBOC's and other older wireline Co's are beginning to loose their grip on the local markets. EVERYBODY wants access to the home. It's just a matter of time and the dam will burst. T has it right as long as the government lets the Communications Act of 1996 finally take hold! It's gonna get bloody out there! Eric
