i read in another chat room a guy by the name of andy evans was behind zero.net the posting said he was (in the past) very high up in microsoft and had mega bucks behind him. any info we could find on this guy would help us. this could be a major breakthrough for wcollect.com and a heck of a buying opportunity at these prices, but we need a little more info if anyone can help or knows anything further on zero.net, dominion income management corp or maritime capital partners.
