There are obviously a lot of people playing various games. Remember there are big institutional holdings. What's Fidelity doing? I am VERY happy I resumed my short position. I am not worried about it being profitable and you shouldn't either. It will only be a matter of how much profit to take. I could have taken 1-1/4 just minutes after I took the position, waited, now have less, but I'm not in a rush to cover this short.

But I can't get through on the phone to order STAR WARS tickets!
