The mystery continues What's the mystery??

The mystery to me is where / how you find some of these that you trust your instincts on. By the time Briefing.com reported UVEW today it was already breaking to new high. By time I DD (minimal) it was >3. I don't have Level II yet so I'm reluctant to jump on a low priced mover lest it be a P&D. So I miss a lot of movers when they start and still find myself swingtrading more than daytrading.
