cliffhanger - only 3/16 to crack 14 but we're having trouble getting through it, with under 40 minutes to go - will we close at 14 or more?

Kind of like I thought - not much infrastructure. Aligning with MRVC gets them to market quickly, without having to build a large infrastructure from scratch first. MRVC probably will supply much of the infrastructure, allowing engineers to engineer.

They had to give up a large part of their company for this, but being late to THIS coming carrier market cycle could have meant failure.
