Stephen: I still hope they sell the company. As mentioned by others on this thread, there is lots of consolidation going on in the aerospace sector, witness the move by Magellan this week.

The backlog is way up over last year when you include the recently announced contracts worth $56 million. Add that sum to the backlog at the end of March and you have a total of about $252 million vs. $184 million at year end. That's a sign that the aerospace sector is very strong right now.

I noticed that they no longer account for their discontinued operations on the Income Statement, but it has to be somewhere, probably in the Cash Flow Statement under Investing Activities. Maybe someone could call the company and ask Mr. Mastrella about this. It looks like they are still losing money there, so the sooner they unload this albatross, the better the company will be.

It should be an interesting year, at least we have signs of life and a turnaround in progress.
