If you go to HITT's website you will see that news reveals the Life Foundation Trust is confirming the $100,000,000.00 financing subject to a few DD issues(I'm glad they do DD but I would hate to be an investor in their trust).Let's do some of our own homework on Life Foundation.It is very fishy that they want $25.00 restricted stock when the shares are trading at half that price.Would you write Jeanette Wilcher a check when you learn that is how she invests and manages the trusts resources?My suspicion is that someone might have slipped her some hush money.Just guessing.This stock will trade under $5.00 soon.
