J Doyle; remember IRAQ is limited by $ amount Quota's not Barrels

This was a brilliant move; as Oil prices increase - the actual number of Barrels Iraq can export goes down - they have a $ ceiling quota, not barrels... IRAQ is not the threat.

I think Venezeula is the one to watch; US marketshare temptations and the fiscal need for cash, new president... but; I think even some disappointing compliance #'s will still lead us to a supply drawdown and $18 by New Years even with moderate compliance. If OPEC toes the line 85% + - could be real interesting here - $20+ off of a strong US driving season demand ?

Bull; haven't followed OLOG.... will take a look
