Yes, and look what happened: Lots of new capacity came on line around the world and they lost market share. THAT's why we have this mess now! They aren't likely to be that stupid again.

I agree that OPEC will start to hike production if crude goes much above $20. But I think Wallenchuk is saying that oil demand will climb so much that crude will hit $27 even with OPEC going flat out. And $27 with no spare capacity is much more bullish for the OSX than $27 with considerable excess capacity.
