My questions to GSIC Management

From this UFOC matter, I do have a big question to the management of GSIC. After such a long period, they were told by UFOC that there were more materials required. Did GSIC and hired lawyers do their homework before the filing? My answer is: either they did not even have their check list well prepared, or GSIC didn't have enough money to hire qualified lawyer.

As a shareholder, I am losing the confidence to the management of GSIC. Above problem that caused the UFOC delay is a basic knowledge for business process.

If I asked myself in a worse way, then UFOC didn't want GSIC doing business, therefore the office always found some excuse to delay the prove. The worst case, GSIC might not be qualified to run such a business in the States.

I hope I am wrong on such thinking and I am still holding GSIC (long term?).

Also on their Web site ad in SI, I don't know what kind of marketing strategy GSIC uses. Spent money to post icon on SI, then the real site always tell people it is under construction. As a web site designer, developer and trainer, I know this is the worst example in e-commerce!

I hope GSIC management can read my concern!
