News release STATES AS FOLLOWS; The funds shall be utilized as needed to finance continuing hardware and software engineering and manufacturing costs for its Capscan underground fuel tank monitoring and home heating oil tank monitoring systems. Do you see the word MANUFACTURING COSTS. It also STATES the following; The manufacturer has reported that they are prepared to commence full production as soon as the NRTL's reports are complete and a FCC Certification Number has been assigned. It says FULL PRODUCTION as soon as the reports are complete. Also EVDS will only go forward with the funding based on the completed reports so to move on with the manufacturing of their product. The News release also states the following; The sensor probe that is at the heart of the Company's fuel monitoring system has now been successfully tested by Edison Testing Laboratories, a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) and will be labeled as being ''intrinsically safe'' to be installed into a hazardous environment. Exxon invited EVDS TO EXXON's annual Private Jobber Exposition. .For those of you that dont seem to grasp the positive nature of ths press release these were a few points taken off the RB thread.Also for those of you worried about the word debenture. These were issued at about .53 cents and are not called until the year 2002! The company needed the funds to grow and this was an excellent way with great terms to raise the funds. As many things as this company has going for it ,it was the right thing to do. %
