Stephen, Early steps in hydrogen fueling will be from natural-gas powered residential fuel cells incorporating hydrogen feed to the vehicle and consumer refueling electrolysers. Alan Hoffman of the U.S Department of Energy at the recent Hydrogen Technical Advisory Panel meeting stated: "...as we move into the fuel cell era, which I think is clearly upon us, the differentiation between transportation and use sector needs and power generation needs in the utility sector are disappearing. It's the same kind of technology that's going to be used in both. And that power plant that runs your car could also be the power plant to run your home - if you really want to do it that way." -- Rickmas
