Hey FB, what news?!?

I've not seen any news release nor has anyone else. The only people who know this information are the few who check the SI, Yahoo and Raging Bull threads.

I considered this a rare opportunity to buy more DRIV shares before the DELL news becomes common knowledge.

Strange. For some people the game has just begun. For some people it has just ended. I saw a big block of 70000 go by at the bid. There is only one part of your message that i agree with. WHich is driv did not get its play due to the news. I belive that the patient investor will get his reward.
I am a momentum player that got in today based in on the news. I construe the lack of movement as a buying opportunity. This is because the news did not hit the wires simply because it was not designed to. I expect mass hysteria to break out once this becomes common knowledge. I plan on conveniently exitting then.
I belive this is one of the techniques through which wealth is created. In these type of scenarios i do not pay too much attention to volume because in my view that represents crowd hysteria and a good opportunity to sell or even short the stock. I have used this technique several time to my advantage.
One has to remember that not everyone pays close attention to Steve Harmon's comments contrary to popular belief. In the same way not everyone acts one seeing an alert in dayinvestor.com. So here is a situation where the person who jumps on the bandwagon first makes more money than the next one and the guy who jumps in last is almost sure to lose money.
