SVR -

I talked to SVR and was told that they mentioned in conf call that expense trends in April were unexpectedly higher and that they would need to review it and then give guidance on Q2 and rest-of-year. That is the reason for downgrade.

They have stockholders meeting next tuesday and expect to have the review wrapped up and will issue press release if anything material needs to be said. Was told sales are OK but expenses are up.

I would think expenses couldn't be that though to project and if you screw up, no big deal. Sales would be the toughie, but evidently not.

I also do not appreciate companies giving out extra material info in the conf call. Better then whispering to the analysts, of course, but why not put it in the press release? If things are not strange or in flux, I may not make an extra effort to hear the CC. (Plus I do not hold any of this stock yet, so I didn't hear it.)
