Yes, the fact that the funding source stands in front of the rest of us (including Dale, BTW) means little at this point--if MXAM makes this work, $30 million will seem like a pittance, esp. because the collateral is limited, compared to the vast land that is available for mining if MXAM is successful. If the MXAM is not successful, we are screwed either way. Nothing but upside from this deal, IMO
