You are right, buy low and hold forever is the safest strategy with CSCO. Or, rather, since the stock never actually gets low, just buy whenever it's not absurdly overpriced.

But I've adopted a policy of selling into strength, in anything I own, till this market bubble bursts. With this sale, I've eliminated all margin, and have a modest amount of cash. The proceeds from my sales go into whatever looks undervalued (SAP is all I can find recently), or cash if I can't find anything.
