Doc, Please forgive me for disagreeing with you but what is the "news"? What are the particulars, what is the scope? Even if the fact that DRIV is providing ESD for the Gigabuy site is common knowledge (and that's debatable) there is still a lot of information yet to be seen. Digital River is laying the groundwork for a much broader revenue base than just ESD. I believe it is a mistake to continue to try and compare Digital River with BYND "apples to apples". Don

I agree DELL has no incentive to make the announcement. However i dont agree that the news is factored into the stock simply because the financial implications of the deal are unknown to the company itself. If you remember the company did beat the estimates. The company has a lot of things to look forward to. I believe that the sellof after earnings is just about over. We are seeing a combination of a rebound from the selloff and the deal with dell. The high end of speculation is marked usually with blasts of heavy volume. The daily chart shows only a couple of volume spike nears the 34 area (pm) but there is no trace of massive crowds entering or exitting. Today the volume was a little greater than its 3 month avg volume. Massive exits of entries are marked with much greater volume than that. Enuf Said. I believe tomorrows action will be key. I will be watching the opening closely. If we open above 35 and stay above 35 watch out, we could have a very good day ahead of us. Let us see and let the trading begin tomorrow. Good luck to all longs. I will be looking to exit at the high end of the game where prices stabilize.
