Marty, I cannot agree with you more about the possiblility that there could be some consistent selling to prevent a minor crash and when I look at the house positions I get even more concerned.

It bugs me to see Taurus and cannaccord consistently selling more than they are buying the last two days specifically and for most days leading up to this big announcement with NB. There is no doubt that David Wong and Adam Adamou are in a position to gain advance knowledge of certain deals and it would take a lot to convince me that they were not aware of the efincom announcement well in advance and are now advising their clients to take some money off the table (sell on the news).

Here is what I see as announcements that could make the stock move:
The efincom deal
4th qtr in the black
Nasdaq listing

What do they have in common? They are all old news and the Nasdaq listing is at least 4 months away. I intend to stick with MCF but would I mind selling now and buying back in around $6, of course I would not. I am absolutely concerned short term and would like to hear more of your thoughts because they are without hype and are level headed.

Would like to hear other opinions as well.

Had to sell 1500 today to cover a margin situation but am still long 13,500 so that you know my position.
