OT *** QCOM

John, hmmm, $200 by year end. That may have been pre-split price target and if so, we have already surpassed it. There's no doubt that the picture for QCOM looks very very rosy right now. Certainly the days of buying QCOM as a value play are gone. Wall Street has now recognized the value of their patent portfolio and the market is rapidly recognizing the advantages of CDMA technology.

As far as QCOM being too priciey, well, you know, I never bought any Microsoft because it was always too "pricey". In retrospect I would have been just fine. Being pricey doesn't mean an investor won't make money. Heck, when I bought my EMC I felt it was too "pricey" even though the business is solid and well managed.

If people are really snooping around for an undervalued sector check out the expected growth in the satellite services industry. Satellite stocks are REALLY out of favor now and IMHO will reward long term investors.
