"In order to have misrepresent himself, REED would have (1) had an obligation to provide full disclosure pursuant to section 15(d) of the 34 act as amended., (2) Hitsgalore (OTC:HITT - news) would have had to do a filing in which a misrepresentation could have been made. The 8K (information statement) filed by the Registrant, Systems Communications, Inc., included a document, wherein a representation that there were no pending lawsuits against the company "Hitgalore" were made between the Registrant (SCMI, which still had old officers/directors) and Hitsgalore, not its officers or directors. Furthermore Reed was not an officer or director of Hitsgalore at the time of the agreement or the 8K filing.
