Management is taking their time on whatever they are doing
however, they have failed to committ or articulate clearly
what their plan is going forward...only hints no outright
declaration. This presents a problem, unlike Ray Cuello, I
don't see management fully and "irreversibly" committed to
an IPO, furthermore, the longer they delay the more price
depreciation we will experience, now what would have been
idea since they admitted to cbs in their interview that they
were in "talks" with AOL and ATHM, would have been to
support the obvious move up that such a statement would
cause but, rather than do this they have left some new folks
who may have climbed on board hangin' in the wind.

This to me was in poor taste, I'd rather had them no comment
rather then make such a statement then not be able to support
it with some factual release...it's not about wanting news on a
daily basis, heck they drug the bonds out for three and 1/2
months and dont give me any flack about well, all the hurdles
are cleared either because, that would mean it's "imminent"
which is the biggest fauxpau since day one...the next worst
word is the "soon" word designed to keep folks hangin' on for
what?, now we are being mis-directed to ISP stuff which, is
deflectionary at best and detracts from the reason many are
here...IPO!

I tell you had I had been in today I simply would have not
sat thru the drop albiet only 75 cents it's the principle of it
and the lack of follow-up by the company that has me
disturbed, Yes I was here since september, and believe me
this is a while to be waiting, but, I have some gains and
would advise anyone with gains to rethink this companies
poilicy for keeping us Informed.

No amount of Rah Rah, or misdirection to other facets of IDT
is going to help this company until the get about the business
at hand mainly IPO and stop with all the delays, surely If
they have "deals" on the the table they could close them this
is taking months or perhaps they could tell us who has signed
term sheets or whatever but, this not knowing the disclosed
plan and leaving it all up to imagination is taking it's toll not
only on me but others I am sure...This dissertation is not
meant as a capitulation to the shorts either for they are vile
and crude creatures which only seek to capitalize on the woes
of others...it's about Integrity and IDT is losing some of that
daily when they admit but dont commit!

One final note , I am not selling my position at this time
however, I will be watching intently over the next 2 weeks to
see If this company is worth more than just the great long
distance or whether they can actually go the LONG
DISTANCE of a worthy Investment vehicle, I know that I
bought IDT not for the IPO but for VOIP and all it's potential
and Promise that it;'s future holds the question remains, clear
articulation of plan and direction with decisiveness that
deserves to be a Long term investment.

cheers

I think the expression is-----a rug pulled out from one's feet. to me,it looked like a war was beginning between shorts and longs at the 30 dollar mark yesterday then mr. rubin announces his resignation and poof the whole thing disappeared. like others I went off to greener pastures. I trade stocks-not definitions or amounts of letters in their symbols. idtc still looks good here, but the enthusiasm is slowly slipping away.
