A couple of good posts from RB thread: By: risctaker Reply To: 115 by santucci Wednesday, 12 May 1999 at 3:09 PM EDT Post # of 121 The best short-term opportunity for this stock to move significantly is when the board meets on 5/22 to formally vote on the name change to a .COM. Also because there are so few shares outstanding, a single trade has the potential of dramatically affecting the price. The market makers in this stock know this and are trying to shake the investors with weak knees out of their shares PRIOR to the 5/22 name change. They want to acquire as many of YOUR shares as possible prior to that so THEY take advantage of the upswing in price. Hold tight until the 5/22-23 time frame, then watch!! All of the acquisitions announced as of May 22 are anticipated to close through the use of common stock. They are in final negotiations right now and closing dates should not be to far away IMO about 90 days. Small float, exposure, stock being discovered, its still in its early stages all add up to big price increases and gap ups per share if they can follow through and close the deals. Goodluck and hold on. Does not look like its going any lower and no reason to panic and sell at a loss. Anyone that feels like its a winner should accumulate (I Have) at these prices it will leave less shares out there and buying pressure,(supply and demand) when it comes will drive the price up. My suggestion is watch it carefully and set your target price. The company has authority to issue 80,000,000 million shares of common stock par value .001 the dreaded word Dilution we all know what that is. But in the long run if they get a nasdaq listing and float more shares to get institutional investors to buy we have a winner but we are not even close to that stage yet. Comparitive stock apol shares outstanding 79,000,000 trading at $25 per share. 12/94 trading at $1 per share up from there never looked back traded at $40 per share annual high and moving up now. I beleive this one will move faster internet learning is the future and there jumping in at the right time. (Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Hold)
