That's very nice of You to help Your boss out without pay, not surprised at all. This situation reminds me of when a Canadian company bought Exide battery company where my Dad worked for 35 years. Luckily my Dad had savings and was able to take an early retirement at 63. Maybe 5 years afterwards My Dad and some of His friends who worked with very strong acid starting getting numerous skin cancers. They made submarine batteries at My Dad's plant which were about 6 foot long. We'll add them in our prayers, You're a good man Lamar never change.
