Well When they wiggled their way out of that deal of selling
Goldman shares to clients , and them not having the shares, they
should have had to buy them, it's what they would make you do.

From the day taht news broke and I listen to their lame excuses
I had Datek pegged..hell aren't they suppose to be professionals
what gives that they can get away with crap like that.

If anyone still trades with them after that and they get rip off I
wont feel sorry for them.

The thing is when that crap happens it really effects every one in
the market , if not directly then by proxy. So while I wouldn't
think of using them I have every right to resent what they are
doing, as it effects my trading as well.

I just wonder how many newbie clients they crammed it to today
with the stop loss orders, and margin sell orders when they
killed the margin on the QQQ.."if what I heard is correct" these
Datek people ( if you can call them people ) need to be sent to another world.
