I've been phoning the SINC Investor info line for a while now - NO ANSWER! Hopefully they're all too busy working on securing more financing and contracts.

Bart...

I may be mistaken, but I also thought I saw somewhere on either Raging Bull or Yahoo, that someone stated they are going to be listed soon on NASD. Though I certainly look forward to the day, that they will be able to do that, first round of financing isn't even here until end of Month, and the price has to maintain over for a certain amount of days, assets, share #, etc...There are requirements that must be met, or, I would think almost all met before they could even be considered. So, while liking this co., the posting regarding NASD, is pure hype. I have heard of no additional financing at this time. They just packed in a $47mil deal. I would think it will take time to gets things in place and start going forward. I would think with the financing deal that was just released, that some of these things may in fact be happening as we speak. I don't base that on rumors though, I'm basing it on the fact that I would think for $47mil to be invested, quite a chunk for an OTC:BB, they would have had, not only a well presented business plan, and a way to achieve it, but possibly be able to show them what is being done to implement the plan, and any action that they have already established? Just pure speculation on my part though....As I stated, I am basing it on the $$$$$$ involved, including the warrant price, and the stock price they will purchase at for the first go-round.
