I do use it and I can tell you that since AOL bought them there have been many changes and improvements such as free voice messaging as well as free long distance phone calls over the Internet.

I'm wondering when AOL will announce AOL Phone :) Think of free voice over IP phone calls bundled with the service -- or perhaps for a nominal fee. I'm sure somewhere in the depths of AOL engineers are hacking out a backend as I type!
