I called the same number and was told "I've heard they have some money in the till but we haven't seen any yet." When asked if it was dead and why an indivdual would buy at $5 when he can buy at $3 "I expect they will come back to us and re-negoiate the terms of the PP but don't worry the company doesn't need the money". This sounds to me like the PP is dead. So I don't know if IR is telling you different things than me but I guess we'll find out May 20. I'm not saying you are lying but maybe IR is...
