with substantial efforts being made to close the deal by mid-June, as previously reported, that gap shrinkage should continue to accelerate. The day the SEC puts its blessing on the merger that gap should vanish, IMHO, and that can't be too far away since time is needed to set up the shareholders' vote on the matter.

Thus far the SEC has given no real indication of concern, thus approval should be pro forma. I'd say June 20 at the outside for completion.
