Justin: I did not ask those questions but I have a couple of points on them. (1) Investors cannot buy shares at 3. 240,000 shares traded today. Do you know what a buy of 2 million shares would do in the open market. Hint: On April 13, a little over 2 million shares traded and the stock went up 2 points. And these were not all buys. There was alot of profit taking along the way. So the average cost, IMO, would be significantly above 5 if they purchased on the open market. (2) The only problem with this company is the IR department. They talk about things they have no idea about like "I guess they will renegotiate . . ." How the hell would an IR person know that? I work in the investment banking industry and negotiate deals like this all the time and believe me, there are never any IR people there. Corporations, bankers, lawyers, and accountants, but never IR. I strongly believe that this deal will go through on 5/20. And I will make sure to contact Dr. Evil that day as well.
