Sorry about missing the -g-. I just go crazy when I hear about these offers because they're such a bad idea. <G>

I checked out the web site and found that I had missed the $99 up front set up fee, which makes the interest rate even worse (much, much worse since it's all paid in period 1). If you pay the entire amount up front, you can pay $799+$99 for a $300-$500 computer if you like. That makes it much clearer that it's a bad idea.

In summary, these are crappy deals, and the PC is not "free" -- you could spend much, much less buying a PC and getting free access.
