It may be but don't forget the last high is now also the new resistance, and you can bet a ton of shorts will hit if she gets there so the bulls better have a lot of money to toss at when she makes it. While liquity into funds looks good the liquity in the market is still poor. Also don't forget value has nothing to do with stockst, it's all in the liquidity, & tied to the bond market.
