WON'T GO BROKE There's a huge short-interest position in the stock, which traded at
$30 in may 1999 and as low as $1.00 last October.The shorts don't seem to
realize that NCDR WON'T GO BROKE. The investors guarantees its debt. it will report a loss for 1998, , but could break even in '99 and earn about $4.00 a share in 2000. normalized earnings are about $2.25-$2.50 a share. from $18.3/16
recently, my target is $ 35 A share !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
