I'm showing 2 patterns that point to 1205. The first is a fortress top formed since the 4/26 peak. In order for this one to be activated, we need to take out that 1315 4/29 low.

The other pattern is the EWAVE topping process since 4/12-13. The first decline into 4/17 low of 1285 has been followed by a rally up to 1370 thus far (on 4/26). Wave rules state the subsequent decline (or wave C)can be no larger than 2X the size of this rally. So if we fall from here, 2 X 85 would be the maximum extent of the decline, or 1364-170= 1194 SPX, or pretty darn close to 1205. I'm not going to worry about those last 11 points if they come.
