Charred, Once again you are severely twisting the FACTS to the point that I wonder if you even read the release. It is $10mm USD cash PLUS 5,000,000 warrants exercisable at $2.00 USD. As will it is a CALL OPTION. Perhaps you are not familiar with options, but that is no excuse to seriously distort facts. If Crystallex is not successful, then it will not exercise its option fully. Simple. Of course when you want to see black, you will see black and only black, no matter what the true color is.
