TI2, I can't predict. Since the decline from 30ish was pretty much
uninterrupted by up moves, there is no real technical resistance.
[for TA novices: a resistance point higher than present price
would be formed if prior to today the stock had rallied up, then declined again. That rally's peak would be resistance].

But how much are investors willing to pay for a stock with
projected 5 year EPS growth of 22% and 2000 earnings of $0.68 ?
By the simple method it would be 22x0.68=$14.96
So anything much higher than today's price would be built
on hope, not on projected earnings.
