Now here's a stock I would definitely short if I was into shorting. But I'm not a short so I'll just watch you take it down Anthony. Yikes! This stock will have no bottom, except maybe 0.

The stock had a $1B market cap at one time this week. Holy doodle, the world has gone insane! What the heck did this company do discover the world's biggest gold mine??

Maybe I'll short just a little bit to get some experience under my belt. I'm a Canadian you know and it's just as easy for us to short a stock as it is to buy it. We can naked short! None of this having to find some shares to borrow.

Anthony get those guys before they leave town!

Lola

Things are not rosy here for HITT..I think it can be shorted with impunity and I cant wait for the funeral.

Can't tell you how bummed I was when I found out Datek won't let me short OTC BB stocks. This is mana from heaven. Oh well.
Regards,
CED

Re: Everything you need to know about Life Foundation Trust

I called the Arizona Secretary of State's office and confirmed that the Life Foundation Trust (LFT for convenience from now on) is not registered with them. They told me that if they wanted to be a not-for-profit or non-profit corporation in Arizona they'd have to be registered with them.

All legal trusts, on the other hand, must be registered with the County Recorder, in this case, Maricopa County. LFT is indeed registered and the records are on-line.

The URL is:
recorder.maricopa.gov

From which we see:

NAME DOC CODE REC DATE REC NUM
LIFE FOUNDATION TRUST FIN STATE 12/08/1998 98-1108309
LIFE FOUNDATION TRUST ETAL RESOLUTN 12/04/1997 97-0851848

Checking the second listed, older, document we find out that the administrator of LFT is a Miro Jozanov Manin. The Trustee is Jeanette B. Wilcher. The address is:

6909 North Scottsdale Road #201
Scottsdale, AZ 85250
Phone 602-607-1512, Fax 602-905-8783
E-mail JBW1980@AOL.com.

The URLs for the above are:
recorder.maricopa.gov
recorder.maricopa.gov

Checking the first listed, most recent, document we find a financing statement where the Debtor is:

Life Foundation Trust
Acoma Point
7345 Acoma Point, Suite 301
Scottsdale, AZ 85260

The Secured Part(ies) and address:
Leasing Corporation of America, Inc.
P.O. Box 69
Burlington, KS 66839

The financing statement covers the following types (or items) of property:

Refurbished Aviation Simulation Trainers, Inc.
300 Flight Training Device
Serial #1086

The Signature of Debtor or Assignor is
(it's a signature, so not exactly sure, but it's a "Trustee" but not Wilcher)

Not sure if the name Life Foundation Trust is a different entity or not. I suppose if we knew the current address that would help.

The URLs are:
recorder.maricopa.gov
recorder.maricopa.gov

=====

There is currently no address listed for LFT in the Phoenix phone book. However, if you call directory assistance they do give out the same address and phone number as in the first listed document above. Calling that number gets you either someone who is paid to answer the phone or a message answering system. The extensions are as follows:

100 Life Foundation General Delivery Mailbox
101 Symtech (I think)
102 Business Office
106 Jeanette Wilcher
201 Bill Wallace
202 Frank Gallagher
300 System Administrator

Several people told me privately they called various tenants at the North Scottsdale Rd address and none of them were familiar with LFT. Another person also told me privately he did a driveby and LFT was not listed in the building directory. If you call LFT, they refuse to give you the address (at least in my case).
