Dale, volume-by-price just tells what happened over the time period
charted. It can't tell whether the buyers are still holding the stock.
If investor A bought at $18 last summer, but gave up and sold at $10
to investor B this year, it would show up twice on a 12 month chart. But for our purposes we really would like to know what PRESENT holders paid. So we would ignore A's $18 purchase, but the chart doesn't.

That's probably getting too finicky, though.

I think anything much higher than 15 right now
will represent speculation.
