I'm ready to make Kosovo a protected entity under UN control with its ultimate fate to be decided. It will take time to resolve the fate of the region, but the key now is to get the Serbs disengaged from the KLA. Hopefully, with enough promises of economic aid to Albania, that country will be able to assist in controlling the KLA, but if not, there is no reason that military action can't be taken against them as well for violations of any truce. But they have got be separated from each other militarily. Regards, Ron
