It is fairly common for a growing company to issue more stock to fund expansion.

everytime they have printed more stock it has been for a reason that has benefited shareholders . Mr Naughtons track record speaks for itself. He is pulling off all the right deals at the right time.
Now if we look at amazon they keep losing money.
Wow by your statement amazon should be a penny stock.
IS amazon a penny?
If that is how the investor community values stock by how much money they make just, then i should be on the amazon thread warning them that the stock is going down and the sky is falling. stocks like that are invested in for their massive future potential.
My point is made thank you.
Have a great day thread and get ready for the coming weeks which could be exciting for jnne and us.

Little Engine,

I have to hand it to you.
You can see the writing on the wall.
JNNE has always operated on a shoestring.
I have the 10-Q from when they were selling RETN to ANFS.
U-G-L-Y!!
But, if they would have gotten the money from the sale that they are suing over, then it is a different story.
I HAVE BEEN SAYING THIS SINCE 1996!!!
Now, while we wait for the verdict should they not do anything?
I, as a shareholder, am glad they are trying to build a business.
I hope they succeed.
I think they will.
BTW, do you own any stock in some of these "stupid" Internet companies mentioned in that article?
I didn't see any of those companies ask the shareholders if they should print more paper?

Steve
