I too listened to the whole thing, but I must confess..... after hearing the revenue numbers, I'm not sure I ever really heard anything else. It was clear to me long ago that Portico is not "jumping off the shelves", but to lose ground?
As to the agent test, yes, that was with e-bay. For the more technical amongst us... an observation and a question:
It seems to me that the agent technology would be available to a much wider market if it could be activated via your desktop or laptop PC.. the only thing I've heard mentioned is activation thru Portico. Does anyone know if the agent can be launched via a PC, and thus be made licensable to a much larger base?

Mixed bag. No bone, but nothing we didn't expect either
