Doesn't Bejing bear any responsibility for the famine that has devastated that country??

Hope you're willing to offer a response and a possible solution to that problem. After all, they are still technically at war with one another since only an armistice was signed, and not a peace treaty.

Btw, one of my former roomates was Chinese and had served in the PLA. He had been stationed in Tibet.

He was not proud of the things he saw and did there.
