I had purchased my initial shares of PAIR today because the price of T-1's are dropping rapidly as competition enters the local loop. -I know, I work for a CLEC. As the price drops more companies will consider setting up T's for a dedicated link to the long distance network, frame relay, the internet, private lines or to PBX's. Most of the CSU/DSU's I see daily are pairgain. And the price of PAIR is very cheap by Internet Standards. In the internet gold rush I thought I would buy a company that is selling the shovels. As far as DSL, I do not know PAIR's individual prospects. It seems to be wide open at this point. But this would be the gravy. I sell circuits to ISP's, and all I hear is " when are you going to have DSL ?"
