Hi gangs, I just received a "special meeting of the shareholders" by mail from Betting Inc. It stated that the meeting of shareholders will be held on May 21, 1999 at 2:00pm at the Law Offices of Shawn Hackman, 3360 W. Sahara Ave. Suite 200, Las Vegas,NV 89102. This is a "Preliminary Proxy Statement" for the purpose of changing the state of domicile of the corporation to Nevada. It has no mention of voting on additional authorized shares for the secondary offering as mention by Tom on his memo posted by Scobey-Doo. Did everyone else received the same? DaiTN
