Pravin, I only read about TSM and the "incompatible process" once and don't recollect where. I remember that it was a long article and that's it. Like you, the TSM comment came as quite a surprise. I'd look it up but between Yahoo, WSJ on-line, TheStreet, CRN and ZD there are too many links to search in a reasonable time. Perhaps the search engines will pick it up soon. As to the previous TSM/NSM deal, I know of no reports that a production contract was actually signed nor of a single CYRX CPU ever manufactured by TSM. If NSM had access to TSM's technology last year, I would probably be using a Jalapeno-based PC to write this note now. Craig
