D: I have no idea of the accuracy of the article. Was the reporter on the conference call or was he being fed by an analyst? Were they being conservative in their forecast? Were their any one time charges (due to merger) factored into the earnings forecast? Sure would have liked to have heard the call. BUT THE LEAST THE COMPANY COULD HAVE DONE WAS TO ISSUE A PRESS RELEASE COVERING THE BASICS. CC took place after the close. "Selloff", if any, tomorrow. Have not decided what to do if anything because of information void. Will not sell tomorrow. Will at least consider lightening up into strength. Too early to tell.
